When Adam Sinn sued me in Texas court, I did what I could to build a defense as strong as possible. In my quest for information, I learned about this wonderful part of our legal system: public records, and in particular court filings. You only need to know where to look to have access to a bunch of information about anyone who has been in court.

In the past Adam Sinn had told me of multiple conflicts he was involved with. Only his side of the stories, of course. Now that I am the opposing party, I started to wonder what those previous cases were actually about. Know thy enemy. Easier said than done. I am not trained as a lawyer and reading legal documents was never a favorite activity for me. After a period of biting through sour apples, I finally got familiar with the mechanisms of litigation and the courts in general. Over many months, I read thousands of pages of complaints and counterclaims, amendments, motions, briefings, letters, exhibits, etc. etc.

Reading through those past litigations, I learned he has caused significant impact on the lives of several others. Think of all the time, effort, and money spent on having to set the record straight on the numerous allegations that were not true, and the stress accompanying that effort. Think of what their families had to go through. I became sickened that someone could subject others to such a burden, just because things didn’t go accordingly to his liking.

On this website I have compiled the public records I have gathered through my research. I have made these available for the general public so everyone could be aware of what Adam Sinn and his entourage are capable of. In effect, I created what I myself would have liked to have before I started working with him. I only wish that nobody will ever again have to suffer through what I and some others before me had to.

Thank you for reading (and listening)!
